A multidisciplinary office ranging from architecture to graphics, product and corporate design, set in an Art Nouveau building in central Milan. Its 1400 sqm are spread over five levels, including a basement.
The ground floor is a large public space with direct access from the street, whilst at the back it opens onto one of Milan’s typically hidden surprise courtyards. Located on this floor are the reception desk, a meeting space adjoining a spacious display area, the library, and a break zone.
The first and second floors are visually connected by a central void, and laid out as meeting and workstation areas.
The third floor is the office core: with meeting, workshop and design display spaces.
The basement floor accommodates workshop models and prototypes of ongoing projects.
Finishes and furniture are in natural wood. In particular, the floors are in larch essence and the boiserie in poplar. The walls and ceilings have neither stuccoes nor plasters, but only a thin wash of white.
