The exhibition "Identity Milan" explores what is the Milan's collective image through an in-depth research into the city’s iconography and the most persistent symbols. Milan is a city that constantly changes its skin attracting new people, new activities, new ideas, new ways of living and we all enjoy its dynamism. The exhibition wants to plant in the citizens’ mind the questions "What is Milan?" "What does she know about herself?" "What would she want to know?" "Who is she?" "What does she want?" "What distinguishes her?" "What does she have to offer?". Without pretending to give full answers and conclusions, the exhibition just wants to raise a need for awareness and spread a sense of belonging to a place, to a society that inevitably influenced our history, our culture and ultimately our character.
