Conceived to bring to Italian cities the Milan 2015 Expo message – “Feed the planet. Energy for life”, the travelling installation is composed of three tree-like elements supported by a framework in interconnected recyclable steel. The cladding and flooring are in wood, with inserted pallets and sacks evoking the movement of goods in the ancient and modern world, where food necessary to survival must be distributed efficiently and fairly.
The three elements are mutually supported: each unable to do without the other, just as human attitudes should be in a progressive and civilised society.
