The tower is made of thin scales of metal “leaves” that tinkle in the wind. They are suspended from a central pylon which holds the clockwork and contains an elevator for the observation deck.
Similar to a great tree trunk. The foliage of the tree is never still. This is why the tower vibrate from the contact with the wind. You can recognise the movement of the wind and suddenly the tower becomes alive. It produces a slight and melodious tinkle that enchants those in the vicinity of the tower. It becomes a natural element and transforms this tower into a worthy central element of an urban park or public garden. It is a cheerful, light structure.
It easily becomes a romantic destination due to the sweet sound that inspires harmony, that of the senses and of the spirit.
